My favorite gels without a doubt, one of the few that provide 60g of HC in a 1:0.8 range of carbohydrates. I use them on the bike to eat every hour and keep energy levels stable, combined with a gummy. They do not repeat, and I love the PINEAPPLE flavor.

If I want a good gel without caffeine, I definitely choose this one. No stomach discomfort at all, they are very easy to drink and give you a good shot of energy. I recommend them.

Correct gel
Gel that the energy contribution is noticeable but it's not too much, besides I need to drink water afterwards because it's a bit doughy. The pineapple flavor is not very good.

Gel very cheap but a little big
The gel is wonderful, I tried the neutral flavor and it does not cloy anything, the taste is really neutral. The problem I see with these gels is that being so big, it is very difficult to take advantage of all the content, being a little difficult in full competition, for the rest all good.
