The best zinc
After comparing different zinc supplements, I will definitely choose this one, both for the ingredients it contains and for how good it makes me feel. Also, since I've been taking it, I don't usually get sick and if I do, it's very superficial (before I used to get sick frequently and without being able to get out of bed). Together with vitamin C, you can't miss it!

Además, desde que lo tomo, no suelo ponerme malo y si lo hago, es muy superficial (antes me solía poner malo con frecuencia y sin poder salir de la cama). Junto con la vitamina C, no puede faltar!!
