Very good

I bought it as part of a set of products to protect skin, hair and nails. I don't know if I can judge the picolinate separately, but the set has given me very good results. Also, the price is more than reasonable and the capsules are tiny, easy to swallow.

Great for nails

I always had a split nail in the middle and since I started taking it, that problem has disappeared, when I stop taking it, it splits again, so it works at least for my problem.

Siempre tenía una uña partida por el medio y desde que empecé a tomarlo ese problema a desaparecido, cuando dejo de tomarlo se me vuelve a partir osea que funciona al menos para mi problema.
