Better absorption than ascorbic acid
The best way to take vitamin C is through supplementation, as it is much better in terms of bioavailability and digestibility than ascorbic acid. I take it all year round, and increase the doses in winter when I feel I am starting to catch a cold or feel low in my defenses. I mix it with water and a squeeze of lemon. It has some taste, it is not 100% neutral but bearable.
La mejor manera de tomar vitamina C a través de la suplementación, ya que a nivel biodisponibilidad y digestibilidad es mucho mejor que el formato ácido ascórbico. Lo tomo durante todo el año, y aumento las dosis en invierno cuando siento que estoy comenzando a resfriarme o me noto baja de defensas. La mezclo con agua y un chorrito de limón. Tiene algo de sabor, no es 100% neutro aunque soportable.
