The truth is that I really like the almond flavor, very similar to the paleo ones, but I would say that I like these a lot more, at the moment they are good to complement the workouts.

A shot of energy
They are not the typical sweet bar and that even serves as a snack, it is rather a compact energy bar with a mixture of sweet and salty flavor without cloying, has many cereals and what I like most is the amount of nuts it carries. In general, it is very good, although I see them somewhat expensive.
