Highly recommended. In my case I started with hot flashes at night and during the day. I took these pills and in about 15 days they went down quite a bit. In less than a month they have disappeared completely. I am delighted. I feel better. I will continue to buy them.

I feel somewhat better
I bought the pack recommended by a friend of mine, she was great with them. The hot flashes have not really gone away, but the intensity and the number of hot flashes I have during the day and at night have reduced a lot.
