Hopeful that I will regulate my glucose.

This supplement is a surprise for me, because I did not know about banaba. I have been taking it for a few days and I can not yet assess its effect on my glucose levels. But I can say that it feels good, which is already a lot, since I have a lot of problems with my stomach mucosa and many supplements are bad for me. I will give it a few months to see how it goes.

Es una sorpresa para mí este suplemento, porque desconocía la banaba. Lo llevo tomando muy poquitos días y no puedo valorar todavía su efecto sobre mis niveles de mi glucosa. Pero sí puedo decir que me sienta bien, lo cual ya es mucho, ya que tengo bastantes problemas con la mucosa estomacal y bastantes suplementos me sientan mal. Le daré un margen de unos meses a ver qué tal.
