Too dense
I compare it with the other rice flour: this one absorbs much more water, it becomes much more voluminous. The taste is not deceiving (it tastes like rice) but the texture is not very pleasant, it is difficult to stir and dissipate the lumps. To take in a bowl with protein I think it is not the best choice. HSN has another flour that dissolves much better, does not absorb so much water and the taste is even better.
La comparo con la otra harina de arroz: esta absorbe muchísimo más agua, se hace mucho más volumen. El sabor no engaña (sabe a arroz) pero la textura es poco agradable, cuesta remover y disipar los grumitos. Para tomar en un bowl junto con proteína creo que no es la mejor opción. HSN tiene otra harina que se disuelve mucho mejor, no absorbe tanto agua y el sabor es incluso mejor.
