I ordered the 3 kg format, I find it useful to not have to be pending in a while, I use it for track race training, but you have to be careful not to eat it too close to the training, otherwise everything OK. It seems that it does not dissolve well, but if you keep giving it turns, it is perfect.
Me pedí el formato de 3 kg, me resulta útil para no tener que estar pendiente en un tiempo, lo uso para entrenamientos de carrera en pista, pero hay que tener cuidado con no comerlo muy cercano al entreno, por lo demás todo OK. Parece que no se disuelve bien, pero si le sigues dando vueltas, queda perfecto.

Delicious and very easy to prepare
Rice Cream 2.0 is perfect for breakfast or post-workout. It is prepared in a moment, has a creamy texture and the flavor is very pleasant, not heavy at all. It goes great to combine with protein or fruit and is super digestive. I think it's excellent and the format is very convenient.

Rice pudding flavor
I really liked how well it is digested, it does not upset the stomach, and it is perfect as a snack or lunch. The flavor of rice pudding could perhaps be more powerful, as I notice it is somewhat light or soft, although that may help me not to get tired of it quickly and I can accompany it with nuts or fresh fruit.
