Good product to eat and target muscle gain
If you don't know what carbohydrate to make and you don't have rice or potato, etc., cream of rice will get you out of trouble. I have a neutral flavor that allows me to use it with broth, water, etc. or if I want to give it a sweet touch. The cookie flavor tastes good, the texture is normal for the type of product it is, that if you have to go slowly adding the liquid with water for example if left to stand absorbs much and becomes very caked.
El sabor de galleta sabe bien, la textura es normal para el tipo de producto que es, eso si hay que ir poco a poco añadiendo el liquido con agua por ejemplo si se deja reposar absorbe mucho y se queda muy apelmazado.

I did not like
I bought this rice cream to prepare it after training along with a scoop of whey protein but the truth is that buying it unflavored gives it a touch that I don't like at all. I have tried to make it with milk and water but I still don't find it pleasant to drink it. I will try to combine it with something.
