Perfect for my breakfasts
In my case I buy it unflavored because I don't want to put sweeteners in my body. I mix it with the protein also unflavored, I add a bit of defatted cocoa for flavor and that's it, perfect!

I bought the neutral flavor and mix it with a scoop of chocolate protein and almond milk. Brutal texture and easy to take for my extra contribution of carbohydrates and so I put the protein that I find so difficult in shake format with water.
