Perfect for this season
Currently I take it both in leaf infusion at mid-morning and in powdered extract mixed with coffee, but for the convenience of the capsules I have decided to order it this way and I'm sure it will go great as with the other options.

A great product for circulation
I take it from June to September to improve in summer the circulation in my legs, which in summer is very bad, and for better synergy I take it together with Horsetail in HSN capsules and Horse Chestnut.
Lo tomo desde junio a septiembre por mejorar en verano la circulación de las piernas que en verano me empeoran bastante y para mejor sinergia lo tomo junto a Cola de Caballo en cápsulas de HSN y Castaño de Indias.
