The Wod Murph is synonymous with overcoming. Any crossfitter who has faced it for the first time knows what I'm talking about. I love the idea of relating these products to such a characteristic workout, and with a selection of the most important ones: multivitamin, pre-workout and prote. And as a gift a shaker.
