The longevity supplement
When I read in an article that spermidine: benefits the body in many different ways, including acting as an anti-inflammatory and inducing autophagy to help prolong a person's life. I said I have to include that supplement. Also in another recent article I read: taken as a supplement, it rejuvenates eggs and increases fertility in older women.
