It was a gift but I'm liking them even though I have a small hand, they can be adjusted. I don't use them for pull-ups, so I don't care if they have more or less grip They are cool.

For those who do crosstraining - more advanced level crossfit, they are not the best option. For those looking for this type of product for bodybuilding or more intermediate level crossfit, a few t2b or kipping pull ups in small quantities are a good option as they can be obtained at a good price.
