Excellent product
I take it half an hour before going to sleep, if I feel stressed, and in a little while I am sleeping soundly. In winter it is a delight to drink it warm. In summer I prepare a smoothie. I recommend it 100%.

The flavor is fantastic, and it works perfectly at night. I take it 30 minutes before bed and the effect is very quick. It takes a little while to dissolve in water, but nothing too bad. The only downside is the very high price. When its available, Ill opt for the Sleep Care powder (tea), as it costs almost half the price and has the same ingredients. I recommend it.

Poor quality sweetener
The effectiveness of the product is excellent, but it is too sweet and cloying. I was only able to take it once and I slept very well, but it's not easy to take. It should be sweetened with stevia or another natural sweetener. As long as it's sweetened this way, I won't buy it again.
A eficácia do produto é excelente, no entanto é demasiado doce e enjoativo. Só consegui tomar uma vez, dormi muito bem, mas não é fáci de tomar.
Deveria ser adoçado com stevia ou outro adoçante natural. Enquanto for adoçado desta forma não voltarei a comprar.
