One of the best
The best thing about it is its manageable texture. Used basically to sweeten yogurts and the like. Much better than any other date paste used until trying this one.

It's good, it's a date paste, it tastes sweet to me, it's a little light. I use it to make hazelnut and chocolate cream or almond cream with cinnamon.
