The presentation in liquid format is very convenient so as not to add one more tablet. The flavor is oily but it is a small amount and it is not a problem. I hope it's just this one unit.

Some time ago I was found to be deficient in vitamin D and I started supplementing with capsules. But I discovered this format that I prefer for being in drops and also with K2 and at a good price ... I can't ask for more.

Difficult to know their effectiveness but I got them as a gift and did not dislike them. They last long enough if you take the indicated dose. And if you put it in food (preferably a fatty food) you hardly notice the taste.
Difícil saber su efectividad pero las obtuve como regalo y no me desagradó. Duran bastante si tomas la dosis indicada. Y si la echas dentro de la comida (preferiblemente una comida con grasas) a penas notas su sabor.
