I was taking them for a while and I didn't notice that it helped my joint pain. I guess when you do a lot of sport it is impossible not to have pain at some point, and it is clear that these pills can not do miracles.

I am taking it in combination with glucosamine HCL, msm and chondroitin and very well I had pain in my shoulders for many years and I feel much better, the truth is that it is a great product, maybe if it were a little cheaper it would be great but at least it is giving me very positive results and with HSN quality.
