It comes in a bottle which makes it convenient to take. It is 3 drops once a day as it says and it comes very well. I have not had any problems with the thread, but try to clean it after each use and from time to time.
Viene en un frascos lo que hace cómodo su toma. Son 3 gotitas una vez al día por lo que pone y viene muy bien. No he tenido problemas con la rosca, pero probar a limpiar después de cada uso y de vez en cuando.

The packaging is very easy, 3 drops and ready, more convenient than pills. I don't like the taste very much, but if you take it with something you don't notice it, I usually add it to the shake. At the moment I am testing its effectiveness, it is too soon to know how well it works.
El envase es muy cómo, 3 gotas y listo, mas cómodo que pastillas. El sabor no me gusta mucho, pero si lo tomas con algo no se nota, se las suelo añadir al batido. De momento probando su eficacia, es pronto para saber que tal funciona.
