Relaxing.
I usually take it at night, half an hour before going to bed, it doesn't make me sleepy but it relaxes me a lot and some afternoon when I feel stressed I usually take it and I don't know if it's psychological or not, but it relaxes me.

The best natural relaxant I have ever tried
It's really effective for those nights when you can't sleep a wink. I take it half an hour before and I fall asleep in a couple of minutes. It doesn't make you drowsy but its relaxing effect is very good.
Es realmente efectivo para esas noches que no consigues pegar ojo. Me la tomo media hora antes y me duermo en un par de minutos. De por si no da somnolencia pero su efecto relajante es muy bueno.
