According to the instructions, continuous use over a long period is not recommended. Consequently, I only use it for short periods (one week maximum). The diuretic effect is definitely present, so I think it does the job of cleansing the kidneys.

Conformément à la notice, l'utilisation continue sur une longue période est à proscrire. Par conséquent, je ne l'utilise que sur des brèves périodes(une semaine maxi). L'effet diurétique est bien présent et je pense donc qu'il fait le travail c'est à dire nettoyer les reins.
