I bought it in my last order. I haven't tried it yet but I bought it because being vegan it seems that it will do less damage to my stomach and it will seem more effective.
Lo he comprado en mi último pedido. Todavía no lo he probado pero lo he comprado porque al ser vegano parece que me va hacer menos daño al estomago y va a parecer mas efectivo.

Vegan Chitosan 500 mg of HSN
I love that it is made from non-GMO plant sources. I am taking it before larger or fattier meals, and I have noticed that I feel less heavy and have better digestion. Also, it has not given me any digestive discomfort and the capsules are easy to swallow.

Perfect for meals where I spend my time
I'm usually pretty consistent in training and taking care of my diet, but there are always times when I'm not able to follow the most appropriate diet. For those nights when I go out to dinner, or when I'm going to have more caloric meals with dessert... I take this chitosan, and the truth is, I'm delighted. I have a little left and I'm already looking at it for the next order : ).
Suelo ser bastante constante en los entrenos y cuidar la alimentación, pero siempre hay épocas en las que no soy capaz de llevar a rajatabla la dieta más adecuada. Para esas noches que salgo a cenar, o que voy a tener comidas más calóricas y con postre... me tomo este chitosan, y la verdad , estoy encantada. Me queda poco y ya lo estoy mirando para el próximo pedido : ).
