An aid for slow metabolisms

As a woman over 40 my metabolism is not what it used to be even with sports. Along with iron and vitamin C and D, for me it is a must-have supplement. I take it with my morning coffee.

Before buying these I was taking spirulina algae and I have to say that I notice quite a difference for the better with this formula.

Good

I really liked the product in general, especially because it is in capsule form, I had taken it before in tablet form and it created indigestion, but this way it is easy to tolerate in the stomach and the product is effective so far.

Me ha gustado mucho el producto en general, sobretodo porque es en cápsula. Lo había tomado otras veces en formato tableta y me creaba indigestión, pero así es fácil de tolerar estomacalmente y el producto por ahora es efectivo.
