Good nutritional intake
I was looking for an extra to add to my dishes and with the recommendation of my nutritionist, I decided to try it. The taste is pleasant and the smell too, maybe I would like the option of larger quantity formats and a paper or glass container instead of plastic.

Very tasty
I was scared by some opinions, but it is delicious. It tastes like cheese, so it creams and with my scrambled eggs it is delicious. Brewer's yeast tastes worse.

Excellent yeast, fantastic Unami flavor with a mild cheesy and spicy flavor, very good macros, especially for keto diets. I recommend it and will continue to buy it. It has a very pleasant flavor in vegetables, broths, pasta, or simply on top of a dish.
