Good option.
I bought it for a change of product in terms of vitamin C, which I took as ascorbic acid and because in theory it is better assimilated. It dissolves a little worse this one but otherwise fine. I can't tell if it really assimilated it better either.
Lo compré por variar de producto en cuanto a vitamina C que la tomaba como ácido ascórbico y porque en teoría se asimila mejor. Se disuelve un poquito peor ésta pero por lo demás bien. Tampoco puedo saber si realmente la asimiló mejor.
