I tried this hydrolyzed collagen with red fruit flavor and it is quite tasty, it doesn't have that weird aftertaste that others usually have. It dissolves easily in water or yogurt, which is appreciated. The taste is milder than sweet, so it is not cloying. Ideal if you want to take care of yourself without suffering with the taste.
Probé este colágeno hidrolizado sabor frutos rojos y la verdad está bastante rico, no tiene ese regusto raro que suelen tener otros. Se disuelve fácil en agua o yogur, lo cual se agradece. El sabor es más suave que dulce, así que no empalaga. Ideal si quieres cuidarte sin sufrir con el sabor.

We took it for my wife who had a bit brittle nails, at the same time I took it for some pains I had in my knee to try it. The result could not have been more gratifying. After 2 days I got rid of the pains that I had at the end of the day in my knee, my wife after 6 days saw that her nails looked better and they were not so brittle. In other words, a spectacular product.
La cogimos para mi mujer que tenía las uñas un poco quebradizas, a la vez lo tomé yo por unos dolores que tenía en la rodilla para probar.
El resultado no ha podido ser más gratificante. A los 2 días se me quitó los dolores que se venía al final del día en la rodilla, a mi mujer tras 6 días vio que las uñas tenían un mejor aspecto y no las tenía tan quebradizas.
Lo dicho, un producto espectacular.

Good collagen but...
It seems to me a very complete collagen and very affordable price, but I did not like the artificial flavor and the fact that it has sweeteners. If they bring out a version without sweetener and with more achieved flavors or at least a neutral option I would buy it again without a doubt.
Me parece un colágeno muy completo y precio muy asequible, pero no me ha gustado el sabor tan artificial y que lleve edulcorantes. Si sacan una versión sin edulcorante y con sabores más conseguidos o por los menos una opción neutra lo volvería a comprar sin duda.

I bought the red fruit flavor. Sometimes it settles my stomach a little if I take it on an empty stomach, I will try the other flavor. If you take it with ice or very cold water the better. It doesn't dissolve as well as protein but it's not bad. I haven't noticed any effects on my skin yet, but I haven't been taking it for a long time.
Compré la de sabor frutos rojos. A veces me resuelve un poco el estómago si la tomo en ayunas, probaré el otro sabor. Si la tomas con hielo o agua muy fría mejor. No se disuelve tan bien como las proteínas pero no está mal. Efectos en la piel aún no he notado pero llevo poco tiempo tomándolo.

A basic if you work sitting down.
If it were not for the gym, both my girl and I spend about 12 hours a day sitting between work, eating, car, let's say another 7 sleeping, we are young but our knees creak as if we were 80 years old, it is a good supplement and the peach flavor reminds me of Nestea powder from Mercadona, it is very good with fresh water and dissolves the same.
Si no fuera por el gimnasio, tanto mi chica como yo pasamos unas 12 horas al días sentados entre trabajo, comer, coche, digamos que otras 7 durmiendo, somos jóvenes pero las rodillas crujían como si tuviéramos 80 años, es un buen suplemento y el sabor melocotón me recuerda al Nestea en polvo de mercadona, está muy bueno con agua fresquita y se disuelve igual.
