Considering that marine collagen (most of the ones on the market are) is not bioavailable, when I saw that this HSN collagen was bovine and from grass I decided to try it. The truth is that I do not regret it, I have noticed some improvement in the skin and that is why I have repeated. The only downside is the smell, but I guess that's normal. Good peach flavor, I mix it with Evobomb.
Teniendo en cuenta que el colágeno marino (la mayoría de los que hay al mercado lo son) no es biodisponible, cuando vi que este de HSN era bovino y de pasto decidí probarlo. La verdad es que no me arrepiento, he notado cierta mejoría en la piel y por eso he repetido. El único pero que le pongo es el olor, pero supongo que es normal. Sabor melocotón bueno, yo me lo mezclo con Evobomb.
