I have tried ashwagandha in various forms. In powder form (I always prefer that form rather than encapsulated) it did not work for me. I switched to other variants that helped, especially for sleep. But I think this one is the most efficient and complete, at least in my case. It gives a touch of pause and calm, which is exactly what I was looking for. Small capsules and no taste.
