I have taken biotin compounds on other occasions, and the truth is, it is especially noticeable in the nails, perhaps the most evident, being constant, the nails become strong and hard. It is the first time I take these with this concentration, quite high. I hope to get the same or better results, but you have to be patient. There are no miracles. They are easy to swallow tablets.

It's wonderful, it's true that it took me about 2 months to see the results. Especially on my nails, they are longer and stronger than ever, I always had fragile and brittle nails, as soon as I tried to make them longer than normal they would break. It's wonderful! Es maravilloso, es cierto que tardé como 2 meses en ver los resultados.
