I did not notice any effect
I used this product for hair and nails but after two bottles I did not notice any kind of effect so I stopped taking it. Also, since the tablets were pills, the dust got stuck in my throat and it did not work well, I prefer the capsules, thank you.
Utilice este producto para el pelo y las uñas pero tras dos botes no noté ningún tipo de efecto con lo cual lo dejé de tomar además al ser comprimidos en pastilla se me quedaba enganchado el polvillo en la garganta y no me iba bien prefiero las cápsulas, gracias.

It works, but
The product does its job, but I didn't notice it so much on my hair. I can say that I noticed a huge change in my nails: they are harder, grow faster and break a lot less.
El producto cumple su función, pero en el pelo no lo noté tanto. En las uñas sí que puedo decir que noté un cambio enorme: más duras, crecen con más rapidez y se parten muchísimo menos.

Good product if you are consistent

Son pastillas grandes redondas, me resulta no muy agradable tomármelo sobre todo porque tiene un olor y sabor peculiar, supongo que será por el zinc que contiene, pero tiene muy buena composición espero poder tener un pelo y uñas radiante.
