Es cierto que no da el subidón que te da un café y al principio estoy cansada pero luego aguanto todo el día y no noto apenas sueño. Eso sí hay que tener cuidado si te la tomas un poco tarde porque como digo a mí me dura el efecto unas 12 horas. Vale mucho la pena.
