I consume 10mg a day to help keep my cholesterol in check. I recommend using it along with other supplements with more established evidence, such as red rice yeast or berberine. I consume it after dinner because it seems to act on internal cholesterol production, which occurs mainly at night.

After much research and wanting to do without drugs, I have found this solution to support my health. It is a mixture of alcohols with antiplatelet properties, that is, they will contribute and help reduce cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
