Good quality product, helps you to fall asleep
The product is of high quality and Swanson is an internationally recognized brand. I use inositol along with HSN brand magnesium bisglycinate one hour before bedtime. It calms them down and helps them fall asleep.

Very good concentration of Inositol per capsule, and it is appreciated, because I prefer products in encapsulated format rather than powder, they are more practical.
