In my case I use it to cleanse the body of those heavy metals that we unintentionally consume or breathe. Spirulina is very rich in fiber, contains beta-carotene which is a precursor of vitamin A (essential for good vision), provides iron, phosphorus, calcium ... lowers cholesterol, helps in blood sugar and improves hypertension. In short, a supplement that is a must in my house.
En mi caso la utilizo para limpiar el cuerpo de esos metales pesados que sin querer consumimos o respiramos. La espirulina es muy rica en fibra, contiene betacarotenos que son percusores de la vitamina A (esencial para una buena visión), aporta hierro, fosforo, calcio... reduce el colesterol, ayuda en la glucemia y mejora la hipertensión. En definitiva un complemento que no falta en mi casa.
