In my case, it has not worked at all. I have hot flashes and did not get better or worse. I was taking 3 capsules a day. I will try another product they have that is more complete and see how I do. Maybe it is too weak for my symptoms. Best regards.
En mi caso, no ha funcionado absolutamente en nada. Tengo sofocos y no mejoré ni empeoré. Tomaba 3 cápsulas al día. Probaré otro producto que tienen más completo a ver qué tal me va. Quizás sea muy débil para mis síntomas. Un saludo.
