Excellent for menopausal hot flushes.
My mother was suffering from hot flushes due to the menopause, to the point where she couldn't sleep. While researching, I saw that mulberry leaves are excellent for combating this symptom. First I bought the mulberry leaves for infusion and the tea worked. Then it was a struggle to get the capsules, but HSN was my mother's salvation.
A minha mãe encontrava-se a padecer de afrontamentos, devido à menopausa, ao ponto de nem conseguir dormir.
Numa pesquisa, visualizei que a folha de amoreira é excelente para combater este sintoma.
Primeiramente comprei as folhas de amoreira para infusão e o chá resultou.
De seguida foi uma luta para conseguir as cápsulas, mas a HSN foi a salvação da minha mãe.

it's too early to see the results, but it's good for your health and blood sugar levels. I also like the taste (I chew the capsules instead of swallowing them).
