Weak

I didn't notice the desired effect, even taking 3 a day! In my case, I think I'd have to double the dose to 6 a day! In the end, I opted for the effectiveness of magnesium citrate!

Não notei o efeito pretendido, mesmo tomando 3 por dia! No meu caso, penso que teria que dobrar a dose para 6 diários! Acabo por optar pela eficácia do magnésio citrato!

It is not something that is noticeable as a pain reliever, but in the long term, I suppose it will benefit the body. In the middle of menopause, magnesium intake is very beneficial. Easy-to-swallow, unflavored capsules.

No es algo que se note como un calmante en un dolor, pero a largo plazo, supongo que beneficiará al organismo. En plena menopausia, el aporte de magnesio es muy beneficioso. Capsulas sin sabor fáciles de tragar.
