Easy to consume
The capsules are small (which is appreciated) and easy to take. At the moment this is the first bottle I've taken so I don't know if it really works but I don't lose hope so I will continue to buy it.

When you train you begin to suffer from tendons, joints etc.. In my case I tried my luck and after a year with tendon pain in one year, elbow, shoulder and feet, I have been relieved soon after. For tendons it has been perfect.

Very good product
I started taking it for joint pain and to prevent premature wear and tear of my joints, since I am young and I don't have them very well. I take 6 pills a day and everything hurts less, I can do things I couldn't do before because of pain.

It should have more quantity because you have to take it very often and 3 pills a day for it to take effect, even so I have noticed much improvement for the joint pain I have. I recommend it, it is very complete.
Debería de tener mas cantidad porque tienes que tomarlo muy seguido y 3 pastillas diarias para que te haga efecto, aun así he notado mucha mejoría para el dolor de articulaciones que tengo.
Lo recomiendo es muy completo.

Excellent product for the joints. The only thing you need is perseverance. The results do not begin to be noticed until after a couple of months of daily use, at the recommended doses. Do not make the mistake of using it for a few months and if you notice improvement, stop taking it. Excelente producto para las articulaciones. Lo único que necesitas es constancia. Los resultados no se empiezan a notar hasta pasados un par de meses de uso consumo diario, en las dosis recomendadas.
