Good purchase of carbohydrates and electrolytes.
Easy to use, convenient packaging, dissolve well, unbeatable pack price. As for the flavor I have already consumed orange and blackcurrant and I liked both, they are not at all cloying and drink well, without stomach problems. I usually use it after training for both asphalt and trail races, and it helps recovery and fluid replenishment.
Fáciles de utilizar, envase cómodo, se disuelven bien, precio del pack inmejorable. En cuanto al sabor ya he consumido naranja y grosella negra y me han gustado ambos, no resultan nada empalagosos y se beben bien, sin problemas de estomago. Lo suelo utilizar post entreno de carreras tanto de asfalto como trail, y ayuda a la recuperación y reposición de líquidos.

Extend endurance training
Great for mountain routes and trail running, it is not overly sweet and comes out much better price and better quality than other commercial isotonic drinks. I recommend 100%. Also as an extra, this drink is isotonic prepared in the ratios recommended, but if you add less EvoCarbs and keep the amount of water, or keep the amount of EvoCarbs but increase the amount of water in which you mix it, the drink becomes hypotonic, it is not isotonic, and has a different function. You have to keep in mind that if you make a hypotonic ratio instead of isotonic, the flavor is going to be diluted, it will taste less strong to whatever flavor it is. I personally use 30g ~ 40g with 600ml as hypotonic in one shaker and the isotonic ratio in another shaker and carry both for trail rides.
Genial para rutas de montaña y trail running, no está excesivamente dulce y sale mucho mejor de precio y a mejor calidad que otra bebidas isotónicas comerciales. Recomiendo 100%.
También como extra, ésta bebida es isotónica preparada en los ratios que recomiendan, pero si echas menos EvoCarbs y mantienes la cantidad de agua, o mantienes la cantidad de EvoCarbs pero aumentas la cantidad de agua en que lo mezclas, la bebida pasa a ser hipotónica, no es isotónica, y tiene una función distinta. Recomiendo leer el siguiente artículo de HSN donde explican las distintas bebidas deportivas y sus funciones.

Por ejemplo, si 40g de EvoCarbs se mezclan con 400ml de agua para dar una bebida isotónica, puedes hacerla un poco hipotónica con 40g y 600ml (tamaño de shaker grande normal). Hay que tener en cuenta que si haces un ratio hipotónico en vez de isotónico, el sabor se va a diluir, sabrá menos fuerte al sabor que sea.
Yo personalmente uso 30g ~ 40g con 600ml como hipotónico en un shaker y el ratio isotónico en otro shaker y llevo ambos para las rutas de trail.

I cannot train without this product
Evocarbs unflavored, I've been using it for a couple of years during training and marathons, it is highly effective, I can no longer go out without it, effective for everything it provides in routes of more than three hours.

The best carbohydrate on the market
I couldn't imagine being able to find a complete source of carbohydrates and electrolytes for this price. All the flavors are great and it's less than half the price of any other isotonic drink powder. I use it on every workout and it shows.
