Beware of excess
200 mcg seems a bit excessive per capsule. I think the effect on my blood sugar was felt. One pill a week for maintenance maybe but one a day gave me pimples and liver problems.

Difficult to judge
I take 1 after lunch but I haven't seen any improvement on the blood sugar front, although this always depends on what we eat, however I now take 1 after dinner as well and given the cost it is advisable to take it. The tablet is odorless and tasteless easy to swallow.
Ne prendo 1 dopo pranzo ma non ho visto dei miglioramenti sul fronte della glicemia, anche se questa dipende sempre da cosa mangiamo, comunque adesso ne prendo 1 anche dopo cena male non fa e visto il costo è consigliabile assumerla. La pastiglia è inodore e insapore facile da deglutire.
