Fulfills its function
The capsules have no taste and the oil they contain does not repeat. After a month of taking them I have not noticed any difference with respect to the ones I was taking before. They come in the recommended dosage of 2000 IUI. Easy and convenient.

As someone who suffers immediately from the effects of a lack of vitamin D, I can say that the quality of the product leaves nothing to be desired. Tiny capsules that are SUPER EASY to swallow. My next purchase will be a larger dosage. Run along and check out my review ;).

This 2000iu format is very convenient. Although I usually take them with food containing fat for better absorption, these come with linseed oil.
