If you take it frequently, the effect is much better. Constipation, for example, is not so bad when you have high defenses.

It is a capsule, so if you like the taste of propolis it is great for you, I personally sometimes open it to make its effect in the mouth and throat. Spanish company. So I have it clear, if they have what I'm looking for here I will buy it. Thank you.

Good supplement, it fulfills its function and helps to improve the immune system, allergies, sinusitis and colds. If I had to improve something it would be to put double the amount or higher concentration.
Buen suplemento, cumple con su función y ayuda a mejorar el sistema inmunológico, alergias, sinusitis y resfriados. Si tuviera que mejorar algo sería poner el doble de cantidad o mayor concentración.
