I have changed from the basic inositol to this one and so far, with one bottle, which is one month, I have not noticed any improvement. I will try one more month and if I don't notice anything I will go back to the other one of this brand that was great for me.

I have switched to the powder version for convenience, but the truth is that it has been a good idea to introduce it into my routine. I have always had very irregular periods, besides having PCOS and polycystic ovaries, as well as type 2 diabetes and hypothyroidism. I only take one a day and after 26 days I got my period, the second month I got my period on the 29th day. It should be noted that I could go 6 months without a period and sometimes it didn't work if I took other medications to get it to come down. I will continue to buy it. I highly recommend it.
Siempre he tenido reglas muy irregulares a parte de tener SOP y ovarios poliquístico, además de diabetes tipo 2 e hipotiroidismo. Solo tomo una al día y a los 26 días me vino la regla, al segundo mes me vino la regla en el día 29. Cabe destacar que podía estar 6 meses sin la regla y a veces no funcionaba que tomase otros medicamentos para que bajase.
Lo seguiré comprando. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

The ingredients make this supplement quite complete, although I think it would be much better if they increased the dose of chiro-inositol, which is much more effective than myo-inositol in helping with PCOS, I will not repeat for this reason.
