It is very good, it dissolves easily in water. The only downside I can put is that the measuring scoop is too big, in theory the dose is 3 grams and I came with a scoop of 20 grams.

This magnesium has no taste. I mix it with the bisglycinate which does taste like lightning, but with this one it is somewhat disguised. I do the combo of the two to bring the benefits of each.
