Buen producto, se agradece disponer de la forma pura para mezclar con otros suplementos. Lo uso 2 veces al día, antes de entrenar para mejorar la calidad del ejercicio y antes de dormir. Para quienes superamos cierta edad y nos cuesta rendir y recuperarnos es indispensable. Se nota la mejora del descanso y el efecto positivo sobre la musculatura.
