One of the legs of my combo
I like for a combo that is integrated with phospholipids - serine-choline (which redounds to cholinesterase and acetylcholine) and a ginkgo or bacopa (which enter in rotation) for older people who show cognitive decline, or periods of higher demand for focus, the HSN formulations that are very grateful and generous, by already offering some cofactor or coadjuvant element.

Well
I bought it to give a boost in the months of intense study, to take it along with Bacopa. So far I haven't noticed big changes, I guess it will take a while. The pill is a good size and not too big.
