Good supplement

I started supplementing selenium to help my thyroid and it is going very well. I used to eat brazil nuts, but I really didn't know how much selenium I was taking and also in my area it's a hard nut to find, so it's more convenient to supplement.

Empecé a suplementar el selenio para ayudar a mi tiroides y me va muy bien. Antes comía nueces de brasil, pero realmente no sabía cuánto selenio estaba tomando y además en mi zona es un fruto seco dificil de encontrar, por lo que resulta más cómodo el suplemento.
