I have taken the full dose (2 capsules) and I haven't really noticed anything. It gives the boost of a coffee. It's better the Evo Beast which, unsurprisingly, is out of stock.

Effective product
The first few days felt weird, I guess because of the caffeine. Once the body has adapted I feel better and it gives me the plus I needed in the swimming workouts. As far as fat loss is concerned, I don't think I haven't had enough time to see any positive changes yet.
