It worked really well for me, I gained, along with a higher volume of calories in my diet, 8-9 kilos. I took it with vegetable milk and sometimes it was hard to finish it, but if you really want to gain weight I recommend it.

Being fructose intolerant I have a hard time gaining weight, I've been using it for a week, I have not noticed any changes (normal), after a while I will evaluate it again. The vanilla flavor is delicious.
