Recommended

It worked really well for me, I gained, along with a higher volume of calories in my diet, 8-9 kilos. I took it with vegetable milk and sometimes it was hard to finish it, but if you really want to gain weight I recommend it.

A mi me funcionó realmente bien, gané, junto a un mayor volúmen de calorias en mi dieta 8-9 kilos. Lo tomaba con leche vegetal y a veces me costaba acabármelo, pero si de verdad quieres subir de peso lo recomiendo.

Well

Being fructose intolerant I have a hard time gaining weight, I've been using it for a week, I have not noticed any changes (normal), after a while I will evaluate it again. The vanilla flavor is delicious.

Al ser intolerante a la fructosa me cuesta mucho ganar peso, llevo una semana consumiendo, aùn no he notado cambios (normal) , pasado un tiempo vuelvo a valorar. El sabor vainilla delicioso.

I did not like the taste

Good supplement, with good absorption and good taste. There is nothing miraculous, but everything adds up with a good constancy in training, but taste with the vegan thing did not bother me.

Buen suplemento, con buena absorción y buen sabor. No hay nada milagroso, pero todo suma con una buena constancia en entreno, pero sabor con lo de vegano no me moló.

Decent quality and price, although a bit expensive for the few shots it has (10 shots of 100g). I have tried the Vanilla one and it is good, although it does not dilute 100%.

Difficult

I have been using it for a short time but it is a little uncomfortable the way it comes to close it and difficult to mix, it is quite thick.
