It does not work for me
I had high hopes for the product but after giving it several chances I have come to the conclusion that it does not work for me. The combination of Ashgawanda and Melatonin separately works much better for me. What a pity.

Less effect than melatonin gummies

Llevo una semana tomando dos cápsulas unos 30 minutos antes de dormir y no he notado efecto alguno. Antes tomaba gominolas de melatonina, que por cantidad de melatonina tienen la misma y notaba ese inicio de sueño perfectamente. Con estas, que llevan la misma cantidad de melatonina y además lleva otros componentes, no noto nada, este producto no es para mi.

I prefer melatonin

More expensive but super effective
I always try to have it at home and it induces sleep much faster than just taking melatonin. The downside is that it is more expensive but I think it is worth it for the quick effectiveness.
Siempre procuro tener en casa te induce el sueño mucho mas rápido que sólo tomar melatonina. La contraparte es que es más caro pero creo que merece la pena por la rápida efectividad.
